1️⃣ Booking & Payment Policy

• 30% advance payment required to confirm any booking.
• Remaining balance must be paid during tour.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or approved payment methods.
• Booking confirmation will be shared only after receipt of advance payment.

2️⃣ Pricing Policy

• All package prices are subject to availability.
• Prices may change during peak season (April–June & December).
• Rates may vary due to hotel availability, fuel price increase, or government tax changes.

3️⃣ Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before travel – 10% cancellation charges
• 15–30 days – 25% cancellation charges
• 7–15 days – 50% cancellation charges
• Less than 7 days – No refund

Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4️⃣ Hotel Policy

• Standard check-in: 12:00 PM
• Standard check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability.
• Hotel category depends on selected package.

5️⃣ Transport Policy

• Vehicle provided as per group size.
• AC may not operate in hilly areas as per government guidelines.

6️⃣ Weather & Force Majeure

Wonder Delight Travels is not responsible for:

• Road closures
• Snowfall or landslides
• Flight/train cancellations
• Political disturbances
• Natural disasters

Extra expenses due to these reasons will be borne by the guest.

7️⃣ Guest Responsibility

• Guests must carry valid ID proof.
• Any damage to vehicle or hotel property will be chargeable.
• Company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
