We understand plans can change. If you need to reschedule your trip due to medical emergencies or flight cancellations, we offer free date changes (subject to hotel availability and seasonal rate differences).

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days from the date of cancellation acceptance. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
In case of cancellations due to natural calamities (floods, landslides), government restrictions, or political unrest, we will issue a credit note for the full amount paid, valid for travel within 1 year from the date of issue. No cash refunds will be processed in such cases.
